The MUSIC is perfect every time!
"The fantastic and politics-free last show was a great one. The music, perfect and new, was always refreshing. Likewise, the addition of nicely timed lyrical poetry was fantastic. However, the SOB story about a fella who KILLED another man was an insult to my intelligence. The ploy to market some jailhouse poet was an insult to my intelligence. The insult to my intelligence was the ploy to market some jailhouse poet. I found myself biting my lip, squirming in my chair, not to say something aloud. How is it, the system allows this man to be able to use the internet, publish a book of poetry, and make money while locked up? He shot a man. To death. Really? She tried to spin his story into some funnel of misfortune and again, taking advantage of her fans, unabashedly created a petition to have this man's life sentence revoked. At this point in the show, I turned to my friend and asked him if I was in the twilight zone! I literally found myself biting my lip and squirming in my chair not to say something aloud about when she takes advantage of her listeners and boasts about politics for drunken supportive hoots and hollers from the fans. The magical, mystical Rachael & Vilray never disappoints - well except for when she takes advantage of her listeners and boasts about politics for drunken supportive hoots and hollers from the fans. I think I have seen her around 30 times and it is always a great show."
